Our main contacts are Janis Reinholtz, Senior Associate in the Dubai office, and Jonathan P. Noble, Partner in the Dubai office. Janis Reinholtz focuses on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, market entry, joint ventures and restructuring. He advises multinational companies and family offices in the UAE on corporate and commercial matters and works regularly on private equity and venture capital transactions.

Jonathan P. Noble advises multinational companies and regional businesses on international transactions, company formation, agency and distribution structures, joint ventures and corporate governance across the UAE, the GCC and the wider MENA region. Fluent in Arabic, he also handles contentious matters including arbitrations, local litigation, internal investigations, compliance reviews and executive employment disputes.

AMERELLER joined members during the ABL Conference in Istanbul, where Janis Reinholtz met the network and began building relationships with member firms. Their admission strengthens ABL’s presence in the Middle East and North Africa and supports the continued expansion of the alliance in the region.
